IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager (ITCAM) for Application Diagnostics provides real-time problem detection, analysis, and repair to help maintain the availability and performance of on-demand composite applications. In this hands-on workshop, you learn:
•    Key concepts of ITCAM for Application Diagnostics
•    Architecture of ITCAM for Application Diagnostics
•    Product configuration
•    How to use the product to monitor for availability
•    How to perform problem determination
•    Troubleshooting with both the Application Monitor (deep-dive) interface and the Tivoli Enterprise Portal

Objectives

•    Use ITCAM for Application Diagnostics to monitor applications in a production environment
•    Use ITCAM for Application Diagnostics to perform initial problem determination of applications
•    Perform administrative functions on the product using the ITCAM for Application Diagnostics graphical interface
