The IBM® Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Suite Extending the Application course introduces you to the IBM® Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment products technical framework. You will learn how to customize Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment products to meet your supply chain management needs. You will also learn how to extend transaction workflows and fulfillment pipelines and how to move data between applications.

•    Provide an understanding of the Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment technical environment.
•    Extend transaction workflows and fulfillment pipelines.
•    Use the Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment APIs to move data between Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment and other applications.
•    Customize the user interface, database, and printed documents.
