IBM Case Manager 5.0: Installation
Description
This course is for those whose job duties include responsibility for the installation and support of IBM Case Manager software.
Students install a fully functioning IBM Case Manager system and practice the skills required to install the software. The student is required to perform a successful installation of the IBM Case Manager software.
Objectives
Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to complete a successful installation of IBM Case Manager.

Technical professionals who are required to install IBM Case Manager in a supported environment.
Prerequisite(s)
You should have:
• IBM FileNet P8 Platform 5.0: Installation (F148) is required
• Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8 Platform 5.0: Administration (F142) is recommended
• Familiarity with IBM FileNet BPM 5.0: Administration (F144) is recommended
• Understanding of the overall architecture of the FileNet P8 platform
• Familiarity with Redhat Linux 5 server operating system and commands is recommended
• Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server (WAS), DB2, Tivoli Directory Services (TDS)
