Description
The purpose of the course is to introduce i5/OS application developers to using Rational Developer for System i (RDi) to develop i5/OS host applications (RPG, COBOL, and CL). The lectures and hands-on exercises show i5/OS developers to perform the same tasks they do in PDM or SEU as well as highlight features that are unique to RDi.
Objectives
After completing this course, you should be able to:
• Use the capabilities of Rdi for creating and maintaining i5/OS host applications
